All equipment, materials & supplies, etc. This is not an extended warranty.  Systems & equipment NOT installed by Brilliant AV such as: Heating & Air Conditioning systems (excluding Brilliant AV installed Smart Thermostats), Smoke Detectors (excluding Brilliant AV installed detectors);  Pool Equipment & Controls, Garage Door & Gate Openers (excluding Brilliant AV installed control interface), Electrical & Lighting Fixtures (excluding Brilliant AV installed Smart Lighting Fixtures & Dimmers).  Surveillance video file retrieval, editing, reviewing, & formatting from Video Camera Recorders, even if requested by law enforcement.  Lightbulb replacement.  Household appliances & Personal Computing Devices, i.e. Fireplaces, Refrigerators, Ovens, Printers, Scanners, Gaming Consoles, Personal Computers, Tablets & Smart Phones, etc. Any work on the following control systems are NOT covered by the terms of any membership level unless otherwise specified during On-boarding, & will be billable at the associated T&M Labor Rate based on the client’s selected membership level: Crestron, Savant, AMX, URC, RTI, Pro Control, or Extron. No service work is available to be performed on Security Alarm Systems NOT installed by Brilliant AV (dba STI Security).

Warranty on Brilliant AV Provided Equipment & Labor

1 Year Warranty from date of invoice on all defective equipment that includes labor to replace and or repair at the discretion of the manufacturer.  After 1 Year Warranty expiration, the labor to diagnose, repair or replace is NOT included, regardless of the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s Warranty period.

Warranty on Brilliant AV On-Site SERVICE Labor

30 Days from Invoice Date or Service Order closed date if no Invoice.

Service Labor is for the diagnosis & repair of existing systems.

Warranty Exclusion for Automatic Software Updates

No warranty is provided on cloud updates pushed from the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusion for Client Supplied Equipment

No warranty is provided on the labor to diagnose, repair or replace client supplied equipment.
